(24) 17 Stay Time Primer

So I watched a review on this product and it really intrigued me and I wanted to give it a go as it wasn’t going to break the bank and if it worked you would save boatloads of money. So, the next time I was in a shop that sells 17 I picked it up. I bought this product with the 17 stay time foundation and the pwarr concealer. I thought they went hand in hand and if anything, as a collection they should work to the best of their ability together. This product was £5.49 so a bargain!

I really like the packaging of these products; it looks elegant and pretty. They kind of have a curly girly design on them with the cream/beige colours and lace type design in black. The writing is very clear, and you don’t have any trouble reading what it is you are buying which I love on products! This would be a good-sized product for travelling, it is small and slim so would slot in your bag nicely and not take up weight and room.

I haven’t used this product a lot, to be honest, so it is more of a first impression but I’m not a fan of it yet. It sorts of works; it has a stay-on factor but wouldn’t say it will last a good amount of time. It doesn’t really work with the foundation from this collection which surprised me because generally a collection is made to be used together or at least work together but I wouldn’t say that it is the primer.

I would say give it a go if you like experimenting or do a lot of makeup that doesn’t have to last, but don’t expect amazing things. I think this is the type of thing you would have in your collection in case you lost one or run out. So it’s an emergency product that is in the bottom of your draw collecting dust until it has a need.

I may repurchase it as it would be good for travelling and it is good to have if you end up doing a child’s make-up or like I said you run out of your favourite one. Again it was only £5.
