796 End of March 2019 and Mother’s Day

I am going to keep it short today because I don’t want to drag you away from those amazing mums out there.

What did you get up to today? Go for dinner, cook dinner, have a party, have family around, I want to know how you celebrate Mother’s Day. In my house, we don’t typically do it the conventional way. My mum is not interested in the best mum ornaments or mugs, or teddies or afternoon tea etc. She much prefers something she would use, like body spray, a haircut or just something that means something and won’t just collect dust.

It’s not that she is ungrateful, but she doesn’t want me wasting money on something that she can’t really use or appreciate as much as a product she already loves.

How was March for you? It seems to flash by, well the two weeks in the middle it was very quick. We’ve had a bit of nice weather which I enjoyed a lot, but it is going to be April, have you heard the famous saying April showers? Which reminds me, I should probably bring my umbrella home from work tomorrow.
