3116 How would humanity change if all humans’ life expectancy were significantly increased (let’s say to around 500 years)?

My Answer: Ooo, there is a lot more work involved in 500 years. I’d hope we got more time to enjoy the good things in life.


A Friend’s Answer: I think we would run out of space. Not enough food or supplies, housing, jobs, healthcare facilities. Bad things would happen! (Sharon)

 

February 2024 - How would humanity change if all humans’ life expectancy were significantly increased (let’s say to around 500 years)?

My Answer: I think it would create a lot of problems on the boring side, but on a more positive note I think humans would learn to live together, and just get more opportunities.

A Friend’s Answer: I think people would have to think of the consequences a little more and probably start caring about climate change. (Tabita)
