My Answer: Random check-ins with random individuals but mostly those who were more likely. Particularly if there were a big group of them spending lots of time together.
A Friend’s Answer: That is tricky because if you announce it, people could start riots but left unsaid and nothing done, crimes would be committed. (Sharon)
November 2023 - If scientists could accurately predict who was more likely to commit crimes, what should society do with that information?
My Answer: Erm, well it would be wrong and unfair to take any action before any criminal acts have been completed but perhaps 6-month performance interviews or check-ups etc.
