50 It’s February!!!

Who else cannot believe that January is already over? It has gone so quickly it is crazy, most people have already completely forgotten about Christmas, and Easter is slowly creeping into the shops as well as all Valentine’s Day décor and gifts.

I can’t wait for pancake day (also known as Shrove Tuesday). I actually can’t remember the last time I got to eat a pancake! I might have to go and throw a pancake batter together. Hmmmmm Homemade pancakes taste the best! What’s your favourite pancake topping, I am fussing and just have sugar?

It has now started getting darker later which I like because it means that the warmer weather is not that far away. Then again it is England so not going to keep my hopes up!
