180 What Happened to February

Can you believe it is March tomorrow? In less than 2 hours February 2017 will be over. I know I can’t, this year is flying by. It is almost as if when you blink three hours go by. I feel a little unproductive because I haven’t been doing much but I suppose that happens when you get an injury. I have learned a lot while sitting home being useless. It showed me how much money and time I spend on things for no reason. That I buy snacks and drinks just because there is a shop there.
99% of the time on my lunch breaks I go to the local shop that has sandwiches and crisps like a Superdrug or Boots because it is there to go to. I do not need to go; I just go because I can and although I don’t need anything I end up buying things anyway. It has helped me get into the routine of making sure I have lunch that I can take with me, making sure I have drinks or juice to make up whereas before I would just say “oh I will just go to the shop and get it on my lunch”.
In the long run, falling and hurting my ankle has saved me a lot of money, I am going to try and keep on track as well. So much of my money goes on food that I don’t need, food and drink that I just want. It gave me a few weeks sitting on a bed forced to rest instead of running around like an idiot. I caught up on a lot of sleep. I got to sort out some files, sort my room a little and do a few other bits and bobs I’ve wanted to organise for probably two years.
What have you been up to this month? Anything exciting or maybe you are planning something exciting?
